Trade & dealer services.

Preparation and protection for dealerships, brokers, specialists and fleets across the South West. A standard you do not have to inspect, on a turnaround you can plan around.

A different requirement from retail

We have worked alongside dealers, brokers and independent specialists across the South West since late 2014. The requirement is different from retail work: you are buying a repeatable standard and a turnaround you can put in a diary, not a one-off transformation. Cars go out presented properly, on the day we said, without anyone needing to check our work first.

What we take on

Single part-exchanges through to standing fleet arrangements. Anything on this list can be a one-off.

  1. 01

    Sale and handover preparation

The full presentation before a car goes on the forecourt or out to a customer. Decontamination, machine work where the paint warrants it, glass, shuts, jambs and interior — the areas a buyer opens first and photographs never flatter. A properly prepared car photographs better, shows better in person and argues for its own price.

  2. 02

    Fleet maintenance

    from £50 per vehicle

Scheduled work for private and business fleets, run at your premises or ours. Private and business fleets. A discount applies to more than three vehicles completed in one day at a single location. Vehicles kept on a schedule stay presentable rather than needing rescuing twice a year.

  3. 03

    Correction for retail stock

    from £220

Part-exchange and auction stock arrives swirled, and swirled paint reads as a tired car regardless of mileage. A single stage enhancement at from £220 removes up to 75% of defects and changes how a car presents more than anything else you can spend the same money on.

  4. 04

    Ceramic coating as an upsell

We are Gtechniq accredited and apply Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light and Gtechniq EXO V4. Offered at point of sale it is a genuine margin line rather than a bolt-on, and it is applied to the same standard as our retail work — accreditation does not have a trade tier.

  5. 05

    Commercial and specialist vehicles

Vans, lorries, motorcycles and plant as readily as cars — everything from a Fiat to Ferrari, lorry to Lamborghini. Our insurance covers public liability and damage to goods worked upon, extending from family cars to supercars and to yachts up to 100 metres.

The technical detail behind the correction and coating work is on the paint correction and ceramic coating guides — worth having to hand if you are selling coating at point of sale, because customers ask the questions those pages answer.

Why trade customers stay

An accredited standard, not a promise

Accredited by Pro-Valets on the basis of a proven track record and correct insurance, with work inspected against a required standard. One of only two or three accredited detailers across the South West. That accreditation is the reason a dealer can hand us stock without inspecting the result, and it is not something most trade valeters can offer.

Turnaround you can plan around

We quote realistic durations, not optimistic ones, and we tell you before we start if a car will not be ready when you need it. A late car costs you a sale; an honest estimate costs you an afternoon of rescheduling.

Consistent output across a batch

Three cars prepared on the same day come back looking like they were prepared by the same business. Variation is what makes a forecourt look untidy, and it is the most common complaint we hear about previous suppliers.

We come to you

A fully mobile service means fleet and forecourt work can happen at your site rather than tying up a driver ferrying cars back and forth. The unit in Paignton handles anything needing controlled lighting or curing time — correction and coating in particular.

27 Google reviews at 5.0 back that up — read them on the reviews page, and see the standard applied in recent work.

Terms, timing and logistics

Trade terms are arranged directly rather than published, because volume, frequency and the standard required all move the figure. As a starting point, fleet work runs from £50 per vehicle and a discount applies to more than three vehicles completed in one day at a single location.

Yes, within reason and agreed in advance. What we will not do is accept a turnaround we cannot meet properly — correction in particular takes the time the paint dictates, and a rushed correction is visible in the first bit of direct sun.

Ordinarily, yes — forecourt and fleet work is routinely done on site, and it covers Torbay, Devon and throughout the UK. Coating and multi-stage correction come back to the unit, where lighting and curing conditions are controlled. Tell us what access you have at your premises and we will confirm which of the two a given batch needs.

Yes. A single part-exchange before it goes on sale is as welcome as a standing arrangement, and it is usually how a longer relationship starts.

Where we travel is set out on areas covered, and how a job runs on our process page. The retail service range is the same work priced per vehicle, if a single car is all you need.
