Terms of Service
1. Services
Platinum Detailing provides automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating and related services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and vehicle suitability. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle's condition makes the requested service unsuitable.
2. Appointments
Appointments are confirmed once we have agreed a suitable time and service. For cancellations, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. We will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
3. Vehicle Condition
We perform an inspection upon vehicle intake and document existing conditions. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known paint defects, prior repairs, or existing damage before service begins.
4. Limitation of Liability
Platinum Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
